Wondering if you stand behind your product?
last year my wife bought new fun girl skis and bindings for our ten year old daughter. Today she collided with a snowboarder and the back plastic portion of her binding brook and are not useable. We need a new back part of binding. Can you help us out?
Thanks Mike Konrath Slinger Wisconsin 262 224 8353cell.

Well, as you can imagine, I turned my back on Rossignol products. Until three months ago, when I purchased these bindings. So, will someone from your staff, please call Dax at BIKLES Ski and Surf(240)707-6100, Hagerstown MD and figure out a way to make me not want to run away and tell every person I meet to avoid your products no matter what. ?301-331-8876. Shieldkn@gmail.com I'm really hoping that Rossi Customer Care can help me become a proud owner of this product and not feel like a sucker.

For reference, it was 1991 and I purchased a pair of R700 boots while stationed in Germany in the Army. Heading out on a two week avalanche training course, I got out of the Helo and attempted to close my arch buckles. BOTH BROKE right there, just popped apart. So for two weeks, I used duct tape to get me through. Being new boots, I expected Rossi to stand by their product. I received my "new" boots back in the mail with two non-standard type, and non-standard color buckles. In today's terms, it would have been trend setting to have this cobbled bunch of hardware on a set of boots. In multiple attempts to get this resolved, Rossignol customer server explained that it was my fault for buckling my boots in cold temps. ?Really? CONTINUED IN SUBSEQUENT POST 301-331-8876.

And if accepted at this point, why is no other information given to him to pass to me. I am struggling with this lack of customer service since only one other time did I deal with Rossignol and had similar arrogance. It was so disheartening that I simply turned my back to Rossi products just because of the customer care. Now, I've acknowledged that I was just holding a grudge and that wasn't fair to what was probably a good product. AND IT'S HAPPENED AGAIN CONTINUED IN SUBSEQUENT POST…. 301-331-8876.

Approximately two months ago, I purchased a set of Rossi bindings from Bikles Ski and Surf Hagerstown MD. I've done business with Dax (part owner) for almost 20 years and have always been very pleased with his service and attention to detail. Feel free to call him for order details. So, I ordered these bindings for my new powder skis. Just a week or so ago, Dax called me to say that you (Rossignol) was accepting the order. . WHAT? it's been months now Why are you just accepting it now? CONTINUED IN SUBSEQUENT POST 301-331-8876.

Shopatron is a middleman scammer. I cannot believe their lack of transparency during the order process and subsequently for customer service. Clearly, they do not meet Rossignol's long term brand value.
