Hi Assitance Engineer, I'm having T/P connection (04259-293818) from BSNL which is not working always, but paying the rental unnecessarily every month. In the latest modern world, there is compition b/w the mobile venodors, but BSNL never see this compitiative and never provide good service for any customers. Looks BSNL is living one decade old and not taking any action after multiple compliants in Kinathukkadavu exchange. Even officers recommending go for private mobile phone as they are not interested to rectify the problem. Let me wait who is going to correct this problem.

For the past six months or so, our BSNL broad band connection is not working properly and I am unable to access internet. My personal complaint to the telephone authorities proved futile. The telephone line men are used to visit when I am in office and no further contacts/visits are made by them to attend the repairs. , but we are paying the landline bill around Rs.700 every month without any use of internet.
