I have booked two tickets from Hyderabad to Kavali in Kaveri travels on 30-03-2015. My date of journey is on 31-03-2015. I got the confirmation message and mail from Goibibo,, but 31-03-2015 i got a message saying that the operator cancelled the service because of some Telangana and Andhra state tax issue. They have given a contact number to cross check (7799888672). I have called them to confirm the same they told me that the service is cancelled and the amount will be refunded to my bank account, but i keep on getting the confirmation message from Goibibo regarding the bus status. I am attaching the screenshot of the message i got from Kaveri travels for your reference.

I've cancelled a tkt (HYD-AMALAPURAM)PNR:TYR4561415225840 booked on 04-mar for journey dt on 20-MAR because I need to book two A/C tickets for the same day. Amount (Ticket Cost is 780Rs) for the first transaction is done through credit card. Now 156Rs is credited to my GOCASH account. Then what about the remaining balance. How could I get my remaining balance.
