Bhagwan Parshuram College of Engineering – BPRCE Sonipat was established in 2004 with the objective to produce technologists and scientists who would engage in research, design and development to help building the nation. The college is run by Bhagwan Parshuram Ashram Sewa Samiti, Gohana registered under the society act 1860. It is named after famous legendary character Bhagwan Parshuram Ji, the sixth AVTAR of Lord Vishnu, whose principles inspire and motivate us to strive, to keep the earth alive with its beauty of nature. This college is an ISO 9001:2000 certified pioneer institute of engineering in the state of Haryana duly approved by All India Council for Technical Education (A.I.C.T .E.), New Delhi and Directorate of Technical Education, Haryana. The institute is 75 Kms from Delhi (ISBT) and well connected by rail and road. The college campus is well planned with lush green lawns, pollution free environment and spread over 27 acres of area. The campus is fully facilitated with spacious, well ventilated lecture halls and tutorial rooms, well equipped workshops and Hi-tech laboratories with latest equipment to provide students a practical exposure to industrial environment. In addition to Wi-Fi system, round the clock power backup, hygienic cafeteria, health care centre, centralized library, seminar halls and well furnish conference hall. The college boasts of a large fleet of buses to provide transportation facility from vicinity regions.
Central Library of Bhagwan Parshuram College of Engineering – BPRCE Sonipat occupies 1000 sq.meteres covered area. The library has a rich collection of more than 15000 books on science and technology including Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computers Engineering and Electrical Engineering. Besides good library also has a good collection in the areas of humanities and social sciences. There is a collection of general books in the reference section. They comprise of books on personality development, literature and communication skills development etc.There is facility of book bank for deserving students also. The library has subscribed to various current journals including online journals on various subjects of technology and management.
Bhagwan Parshuram College of Engineering – BPRCE Sonipat computer center is well equipped to meet the central computing requirements of the faculty, staff and students of the institute. All the major software and hardware platforms have made available to the faculty and students. Computer center develops and maintains college websites, Proxy servers, FTP servers, DNS servers; it also provides Antivirus solutions and Email facilities to faculty and staff. Computer center remains open from 8.30 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekdays and from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekends. Computer center also looks after maintenance of computers and other IT infrastructure of the college. Computer center also provides various advanced and special purpose software like Matlab, Qualnet etc for the campus users.
Bhagwan Parshuram College of Engineering – BPRCE Sonipat has made adequate arrangements for the accommodation of girls with homely environment and parental care. Each room is provided with an air cooler, two ceiling fans and wash basin. The bathrooms are kept ultra clean and fitted with geysers. The hostel mess provides vegetarian, nutritious and hygienic food. The hostel has two wardens to take care of students round the clock. Various recreational facilities like T.V, indoor games, magazines, newspapers and a well-equipped gymnasium are also made available. Efforts are being made to make the residents feel at home and to make the environment conducive for studies. Delicious vegetarian meals of the local cuisine and hot & cool refreshments are served at affordable rates. It is spread over 500 square meters. Bhagwan Parshuram College of Engineering – BPRCE Sonipat library provides Book Bank Facility in addition to normal library facilities to its students that is very much helpful in fulfilling student’s requirement for the prescribed books on semester basis. To avail this facility, B.Tech. students are required to deposit Rs.3,000 at the time of admission and they will be issued maximum seven books per semester. The College is located nearly 8 Kms. from Gohana Town on Gohana-Delhi highway (via Kharkhoda) and is hardly 30 minutes drive from Delhi Border. Gohana town is well connected by rail & road from Delhi & Chandigarh . Frequent bus service to Gohana from Delhi , Chandigarh , Rohtak, Panipat and Rail connection available from Delhi/Chandigarh via Painpat / Rohtak (on Delhi-Ambala track). Besides organizing annual functions & cultural activities such as debates, quiz competitions, paper presentation, song & dance competitions regularly the cultural committee of the college promotes extracurricular & personality enhancing activities . Students of the college regularly participate in different youth festivals/functions organized by the university. They have won many prizes at the Zonal Youth Festival last year.

College holds on-campus placement drives at regular intervals to provide suitable platform to the students of final year. As per the University curriculum Industrial summer training is necessary for all B. Tech. students to provide Industrial exposure. It will help students to gain extra knowledge and make them acclimatize with the working atmosphere of the company.In order to provide better training options, TP cell liaison with many company and industries.After completion of 6 weeks training students are required to submit the reports and have to present the seminar on their training. Various tours and visits have been organized by TP cell to various industries to make the students interacted with manufacturing processes and machines available in these industries. This really helps students to improve their practical knowledge.
